A contemplative service of music, readings, and Connect & Glow guided meditation on the theme of "Release and Renew." We prepare for the new year by releasing inappropriate coping mechanisms (ICMs) and replacing with divine expressions of life force energy (DELFEs). The Connect & Glow self-healing technique is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners. Musical Sanctuary is free, but we welcome donations.
