Please join Ghosts Van Valkenburgh for Musical Sanctuary: Inner Guidance on Sunday, March 17 at 4:30 pm at Lummi Island Congregational Church. The presentation begins with the Connect the Dots guided meditation - visualizing energy centers - followed by Being Glow, adding a few energy centers, and exploring the qualities of each center. The deep relaxation and openness brought on by the Connect & Glow practice helps release patterns of tension, and supports personal growth. In this relaxed state, we practice listening for guidance and intuitive prompts. This program is suitable for beginning as well as seasoned practitioners.
